Hero Certified Burgers

My order consisted of a "Heavy Hitter" and a poutine ( Total $19.05) now at this price for a single meal I would expect a great eats. On this particular visit this was not the case. Upon arrival 8pm there was a family of 3 in front of me and took about 10 minutes to be able to order which was understandable. After placing my order I was about 15 minutes for my meal to be cooked and no other patrons ordering behind me. From a customers prospective it seemed as if the personal conversations between the cooks were more important than actually making the food. I stopped by on my way home from the long weekend and the service was surprisingly fast! I was served my chicken burger and fries within 10 minutes. While others were still waiting in line at other restaurants, I was already enjoying my meal. Hero Certified Burgers is definitely my go-to spot for a somewhat healthy bite to eat. Thank you for the excellent service!

We stopped at this restaurant on our way to the cottage on May 26, 2022 at 6:41 pm. There was a young man working alone who was very polite, professional, and provided great customer service. We unfortunately did not catch his name, but we believe he should be recognized for his excellent work.

I love Hero Burgers and my husband and I eat there every few weeks, so as not to wear out our welcome...their hamburgers with their new poppyseed buns are so good, I add nothing to it, but my husband loads his with onions and relish...even their onion rings are outstanding. The food was pretty good! We got our burgers to go and enjoyed them by the Severn Locks. The lady taking our order seemed a bit rude, but the burger and fries were delicious. The prices were a bit high, so I probably wouldn't go back, but it's worth a try.

Not impressed at all. Good fries. Weak burger. Very much a fast food style fake tasting patty. A&W is head and shoulders above it. Not what I expected from their slogan and write up. Decent bun and toppings.

I love the burgers at this place and the list of toppings is awesome. Very good value for the money but get lots of napkins and don't try to eat it while driving, it can be gloriously messy !

Been here many times and Avenue 16 is above average for the restaurant choices in the areaThe staff was friendly and the food is good.

Terrible. Both dinnerand the next days breakfast. Hotel was busy due to tournaments in town.
