When I walked in, there was only one employee, and she seemed unhappy to assist anyone. Her demeanor was rude and rushed. Another customer came in after me, and she didn’t even greet him; she just hurried through the service. My ice cream was served in a messy container, and when she handed it to me, it felt like she slapped it into my hand. I will never return to this place and cannot recommend it to anyone. They really need to improve their service.
During my visit to the restaurant today after school, I felt overlooked when I didn't greet an elderly lady who was there. My child was excited to try some ice cream, but the lady seemed distracted, sitting at her laptop as if I were bothering her when I inquired about the flavors. After paying $6.70 for a scoop of what tasted like a poor-quality egg flavor on a cone, I have to say I won't be returning. The toppings also appeared outdated.
Incredibly creamy and delicious! Yum! Carvel is the only other ice cream brand that rivals Hershey’s. I particularly enjoy their coconut and dark chocolate flavors. There are a few lovely benches in the garden right outside your door, providing a nice spot to relax with friends or family, which enhances the overall experience.

No variety. If I have to eat the regular flavors I can buy cheaper ones from the stores. The flavor dark chocolate raspberry truffle was one of it's kind but seldom available.

Nothing like hand-packed ice. The wide selection of flavors was great. Plus service with a smile. She was very patient while I decided.

"The food at this restaurant is fantastic! We did have to wait about 20 minutes to be seated since we didn't make a reservation. The service was excellent. We enjoyed a brunch meal, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The food and service both get a 5 rating, while the atmosphere was a 4. We highly recommend trying the Chicken and Waffles and the Salmon and Grits dishes."
