Hexenlochmuhle - Reservar una mesa

Hexenlochmuhle (literally translated as Witch's hole mill) is basically that. it was originally a very old watermill now turned into a little souvenir shop with a restaurant to eat at . it is definitely built at what feels like the bottom of a hole (it seems to be a long and endless drive down, down and ever downwards to get there). Not sure where the Witch part of it came from. I have been there before from time to time over the years. Pleasant surrounding view to eat at and an interesting downward spiral of a road journey to get there. The food is more kind of a cake and coffee thing than a full blown meal but the cake is great. We made a short stop at this pretty little place next to a stream, while motorcycle rides through the black forest, go there, even if its only for a coffee, like the streets around the area are beautiful.

This place is known in the area to do one of the most beautiful Black Forest cakes, and they probably do. It was delicious. If you're in the area and curious about this cake, don't miss the opportunity.
