Seriously the BEST Spätzle we have ever had. I have no idea what they put on it but it was delicious. It looked plain, but it was so fresh so good. The rest of the food was great too. We had Schwein medallions, Jägerschnitzel,...Schnitzel, Kartoffelsuppe, Zwiebeln Suppe, and a great salad bar! Portions are SO big! We are about half of what we ordered and brought it back to our room. Not too expensive-especially for the quality portion size! Also, they brought out a local specialty Fleisch Salat ...I was wary at first as Fleisch Salat isn’t normally my thing-it was so tasty! Worth the short drive out there, service was lovely, and food was great! Looked like a super cute hotel too.

jostalstueble sits in a beautiful valley and has outside seats so you can enjoy the environment. clear positiw, although the weather was unkind when we were there and inside was the only possibility. the decoration inside is a little worn, but still operable. the menu. is very typical black forest and the objects we tried were made very good and were fresh. the staff was friendly enough and helpful. nothing negative to say, but we were left with the conclusion that there are better options in the region that serve similar foods. After they have said this, they will certainly get a good meal here.

Based on TA rating we went to have dinner in this restaurant and weren't disappointed. The summer salad is soooo fresh and full of taste, my trout was perfectly fried in butter with boiled potatoes a perfect match. My dearest had pork loin which was...perfectly grilled and tender. The Black Forest cake was the weak spot of the dinner If the owners would put some fans inside to ventilate it would be much nicer...

Traditional fare done well. We chose the three course menu of the day which did not disappoint. Yummy potato soup, slow cooked beef and potatoes followed by a nice rhubarb dessert. Luckily we like potatoes! It is in the middle of no where but that...doesn’t stop people eating there. I think this was the best meal we ate in the Black Forest region. Reserva una mesa ahora

in an unusual time to dinner we arrived without reservation. the restaurant brought us in. the service was friendly and fast. we are vegan and the vegan dishes, where wonderful the vegan carrot soup with kokosmilch was delicious and delicate. The vegan...spaghetti bolognese was very good. highly recommended for every vegan and vegetarian.

We went here 7 adults and 5 kids. The place has an excellent local and seasonal kitchen. The service was very efficient, precise and polite. The only point i was disappointed about was the interior. I would need some refresh.Highly recommended for good food.PS: do not order too much courses! The portions are huge!

great host, location, view, eat and room! we had a great time in this hotel! Yes, the wifi is slow, but this is the case in the whole opposite. it is authentic and feels comfortable. it's clean, we're coming and whining. I'm coming back in a definitiw!

Very positive experience, after playing first a round of kegeln (art of old bowling) in the basement. All foif was ery goid, especially the chateau briant. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, and the atmosphere was great. I will coms back here! Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a deer steak and my wife had the rump steak, both were very good. I recommend for anyone staying in the area! Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere as well.
