Writing this review as I sit in the restaurant disappointed… First off service is slow. It took about 15 minutes To get offered drinks… I had to ask the hostess, my waitress (no name) didn’t introduce herself just placed menus on the table. She seems very uninterested in serving us. She never checked on us in between drinks and the food. NOW for the food…. General tos chicken was mediocre at best. we ate it because we were starving. The house special rice with chicken, it had NO flavor the rice grains were tough/hard the shrimp pork sausage medley in the rice also had NO FLAVOR…. HOW.? And the pina Colada taste like a childs drink mix. Cheaply made. Will not be back
The food is average—nothing particularly noteworthy. Be prepared for a long wait for your meal, and don't expect it to arrive warm. Additionally, it takes quite a while for the staff to clear the tables after guests finish eating. On a positive note, the restaurant definitely captures the essence of Caribbean flavor, making it worth experiencing for yourself.
I called the restaurant and waited on hold for 20 minutes to speak with Theresa, the manager, who informed me that there is a four-hour window for returning food and that there was nothing she could do. So, there goes my $47 down the drain. Maybe on my next visit, I might be offered a discount, but honestly, I won't be returning.
My first time a family member told me about the restaurant and didn't disappoint it. Nice cozy place and I have to watch cricket that I haven't seen for a long time. My food came fast and was delicious. My waitress Trisha was great and checked us. I will visit again with the family soon

Why is the price so high just for tree appetizers and for tree drinks I would not recommend any to you restaurant $144 like really and plus your food is not that great
Sydney and his staff are wonderful and very good people. They treat us like family with respect and courtesy. I will always dine there when I visit NYC.
The food is simply amazing! One platter is enough to serve two people. The house special fried rice is the standout dish.
I ordered Shrimp Chow My Boneless Chicken Fried Rice. Both meals were freshly tasteful. I'll order or get out. Delish.
