Hickory's Smokehouse Southport

Really good BBQ food! Atmosphere is fabulous and somewhere I'm desperate to try in the evening! We sat outside in the huts (which are heated) but we've also sat inside on a previous visit. There's a hidden little cinema room with 2 rows of cinema seats hiding by the toilets! They show 3 different films daily. Perfect to keep the kids entertained while you wait for food. The service is quick and can't fault it. Meat is cooked very well and was perfect for my husband who's just come home from Georgia, after eating some unbelievable bbq food! Can't wait to come back!

Although my daughter and family have visited several times, it was my first trip to the restaurant. We made a reservation for a table for seven for breakfast, and we loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The decor was intriguing, and the food was excellent. My grandchildren were excited to show me the cinema room, which is a fantastic idea to keep children entertained while the adults enjoy their meals. I would highly recommend this place!

This place is simply amazing! I've been here many times, sometimes just for a meal and other times for drinks, and every visit just gets better. The food is incredible, with options for everyone. The staff are the nicest and most helpful people I've ever encountered in a restaurant. They go above and beyond, and they are fantastic with our children. I’m sure we’ll keep coming back to enjoy this wonderful place!

Had a birthday birthday meal here tonight and the staff couldn’t of been more helpful ! Lovely atmosphere ! Great tasting food ! Would defo recommend ! And will be returning for sure .
