I’ve just discovered another favorite café! Their fluffy, wobbly Crème Brûlée Soufflé Pancake is not only large but also incredibly delicious—ideal for sharing among 2-3 people, especially if you’re not a huge eater. The sweetness is perfectly balanced; it’s neither too sweet nor bland. I also tried their Salmon Poke without rice, which was flavorful, although I did think it was a bit on the pricey side for the portion size (but still worth it). When you dine in, they give you a pager that vibrates when your order is ready. We’re already excited to try the rest of their Soufflé Pancakes!
This delightful café is situated at a bustling intersection, making it easily accessible. You can find parking either in the underground lot or next to the stadium track, followed by a short walk to the café. The food is consistently delicious and bursting with flavor. The soufflé pancake is a must-try, but remember to place your order ahead of time, as it takes about 25 minutes to prepare! Another favorite of mine is the prawn smoked salmon sandwich (not shown). Today, I was in the mood for something different. Overall, this place is a real treasure in the neighborhood!
We ordered the soufflé pancake, and it was absolutely delightful—super fluffy and perfectly flavored, not too sweet, just right. It does take about 25 minutes to prepare, but it's definitely worth the wait. While we waited, we also tried the cappuccino, which was quite good. The music was enjoyable, although a bit louder than I'd like, but it wasn't a big deal. I'm looking forward to going back to taste the other pancake flavors and waffles. Just a quick note: the last call is at 4:30 PM.

The restaurant's decor and ambiance are truly enchanting, and the food complements that delightful atmosphere well. Although the dishes may not be exceptional, their presentation is top-notch, and the ingredients harmonize beautifully. I've had better soufflé pancakes in other cities, but theirs are definitely among the finest in the Vancouver area. I highly recommend giving it a go!

A charming café in New West! It has a spacious layout with ample seating and a soothing atmosphere. I tried the prosciutto panini, which was served with a side salad—such a tasty dressing! I also enjoyed an Irish latte. The staff, including the servers and cashier, were very friendly. I’ll definitely be back to sample their soufflé pancakes!
