Higematsu - Reserva de mesa

Vine a cenar con la familia. Probé un montón de platos variados y todos sabían razonablemente bien, pero no al nivel que encontraría en Japón y otras partes de Asia a pesar de que el restaurante está dirigido exclusivamente por personal japonés. No teníamos una reserva y, como era viernes por la noche, nos dijeron que era prácticamente imposible conseguir un asiento, pero que si estábamos preparados para esperar, alguien podría terminar temprano. Alguien lo hizo una hora después. No estuvo mal esperar en la barra, si algo nos dio más hambre al ver pasar algunos de los platos y ser preparados. Es un restaurante concurrido y ruidoso. It is REALLY GREAT of Higematsu to make up for my issue with my previous Order by giving me the missing Miso Suppe from last time.Unlike another Japanese restaurant that did not like my bad review and asked me to not order again, Higematsu understands.
