It was a straightforward Thursday night visit, but unfortunately, the cashier was quite rude and dismissive. I asked a few basic questions but received little feedback. After finishing the two games I'd bought, I wanted to add more, but they refused my request. This was only about six minutes past the cutoff time of 10:45, and a simple reminder or courtesy call would have been appreciated. It would also be helpful to have the cutoff time clearly posted.
I had a great time, but I encountered an issue with an employee named Leticia Blissett. She refused to allow the four children to use the bumper lanes, claiming they were too old for them. When I asked where that policy was stated, she said it was "written around here somewhere" and gestured with her finger in the air. I couldn't find any age restriction, and the kids were all 9 and 10 years old. Overall, it was disappointing.
The chicken wings are absolutely amazing! The bartenders were decent, and the ladies working security at the door were friendly. The vibe is great if you're with the right company. Parking was no problem at all. Yes, I would definitely go back... just for the wings, haha. They remind me of Uncle Remus Fried Chicken!

My classmates and I visit every other month, and we haven't had a single negative experience so far. The customer service is excellent, and the bowling lanes are in great condition. Plus, the chicken wings are consistently delicious!
