This has to be one of the worst stays I have ever had staying at a Hilton hotel I am going to try and be a kind as I can with this review. First let's start off by saying this hotel had to be a different brand hotel I'm guessing before Hilton put its name on it or something I'm guessing!. The hotel was damp moist everything was wet my clothes that my wife put up in the closet that night when I got up the next morning we're damp wet,moisture. The rooms smelled the tables in the room were like wet not to mention peeled like they were extremely old or something. The restaurant didn't have like a menu they only had buffet $19 per person. There snacks well there was hardly anything in there snack area to get. Had to travel about 2 miles down the road to CVS for drinks, juices my grandson's snack. Top that off they had dogs in the hotel wich my grandson is allergic to DUE BETTER HILTON!!THERE IN MIDDLE OF NO WE'RE PERIOD!WELL, IF I GO ANY FURTHER WITH THIS REVIEW, IT WON'T BE LET'S SAY NICE!.Rooms: Damp,moisture smelled! Not to mention the showers not working properly too.
at check in, they gave us pool and gym key No room key. When they gave us room key didn’t work.. 3 trips back and forth to finally get in room (while I had a partner that needed to use the bathroom)Bathroom sink was disgusting, it looked like dried up puke in it, called housekeeping, came and cleaned… but then I went to wash face noticed sink got clogged and filled up with Reminence from the pipe…GROSS.Bugs were crawling on bed side table.So tell Paris… Hilton for the stay NO WAY!!!!Rooms: Dirty and disgusting, sink was clogged and had caked on Reminence from the pipes on sink bowl looked like throw up.
Property is pretty much falling and their hotel rates are astronomical. The vents are so bad we got sick after our stay and checked out early.I requested that I receive credit for the one night that was canceled. Hotel managment stated they would reimburse me for the entire stay and now no manager is available.Update to review on 9/2Management has since responded back and mentioned they are working on improvements. I 've updated the service to 3 stars, as communication can be improved but they do work on fulfillment as promised.Rooms: DisgustingSafety: Non-existent
i stayed here recently and had the pleasure of meeting Amanda !! she was very pleasant and helped me out with the biggest smile !! the room was even more spectacular!! 10/10 recommend this location it was the best stay from start to finish i’ve had with this chain in a very long time!!!Rooms: 5/5
