Himalayan Spices in Edgware is an excellent spot for authentic Nepalese flavors that truly satisfy. We especially enjoyed the momos, with four or five varieties available; we tried both steamed and pan-fried, and each was outstanding and flavorful, complemented perfectly by the achar chutney. The chow mein was another standout dish, and the chili garlic mushrooms were fantastic as well. Even the cheese naan impressed us—soft, fluffy, and filled with gooey cheese.
