This picture is from a few years ago. My family has been going to “Tommy Wans” (that’s what they call it) for decades. This place is more than good food; it carries such a deep positive energy. I’m grateful a space like this exists. I haven’t gone back since my grandpa passed away but I think I’ll make a trip sometime soon and reminisce all the laughs we had here.
It had been over 20 years since my last visit, and stepping into this restaurant felt like taking a trip back in time. The ambiance was unchanged, and the food was just as delicious as I remembered. The staff remained as friendly as ever! It’s a wonderful spot for a family dinner or even just a meal on your own.
Ho Wan has been around for ages. Many, many neighborhood people eat there all the time. Food is always delicious, service is always great, staff always friendly. I don't live in that area anymore, but I do come back to enjoy their food.
Still one of the best Chinese restaurants in Queens! I ordered the General Tso's tofu, and it was delicious. You can choose to take it to go or eat in (the place was empty), and in either case, the customer service is excellent. Reserva una mesa ahora
Food horrible, was so good before, had egg rolls so dried out thought I had pieces of glass in my mouth , chicken and broccoli no sauce, there food was always delicious didn’t understand why till hearing they sold restaurant
They sold the business to another Person food is absolutely disgusting would not recommend they were better off closing it down and no hot oil !
Great food, you will get authentic nyc Chinese food. The delivery service tho is brutal not the quickest so don’t order here if you are hangry!

The quality here is really great and tasty. Definitely try their chicken fried rice with wings.
