I’ve been dining at Hoa Bien since the 90’s. They have such good food. I raised my kids eating all different kinds of foods and now it’s a treat when we can all go together. Hoa Bien has ALWAYS been fantastic and has never disappointed except for the time when we literally ran out of table space. There wasn’t enough room for us and all the food we ordered!! Lol!! Great employees, great food I’d recommend them to anyone!! I will say that I miss the old building. There was a coziness that can’t be duplicated and there’s nothing like a cold breeze going thru the little building and being greeted with hot pho to warm your bones!!
I ordered their pork egg rolls as an appetizer, and they were SO good I forgot to take a picture. They came with a delectable dipping sauce as well. I ordered tofu with spicy vegetables, which was also pretty good. I will say I didn’t feel so great later on that evening, but that could have been due to something other than what I had eaten. All in all, I’d still go back again.
The worst Pho I've ever had! Absolutely do not recommend! The combination bowl barely had any ingredients—just two half meatballs, two slices of beef brisket, a bowl full of broth, and a tiny amount of noodles. I finished it in under a minute. I never expected to have to search the bottom of the bowl just to find a few noodles. I will never eat here again!
hoa bien is one of my favorite restaurants! eating is always delicious, with crispy sweet and tasty sauces. also cheap (especially with lunch specialties), with generous portions. the restaurant is quite quiet and big, so never feels full. the personal is always friendly. Five stars!

I visited Hoa Bien for lunch and was impressed by the quick service—our food arrived almost immediately after ordering. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend everyone to try their Pho and one of their noodle salads. They also offer a great lunch menu.
I love the food here and the staff! My husband and I are regulars and they know our orders by heart lol. We walk in and they already know what we want! Our favorites are the grilled beef noodle salad, egg rolls, and spring rolls. Lots of parking as well.
I was underwhelmed by their food. Not a lot of flavor... undersalted. Their pho was pretty good but they don't have chili oil so that's a dealbreaker. Friendly staff though. It's not a restaurant I would personally request to visit again.

I remember when this restaurant before the beautiful remodel. There is nothing better than a bowl of Pho, especially in the winter. If you make it spicy enough, it really clears your sinuses and makes you feel healthy.
I love this place—I’ve been coming here for at least eight years. The food is always phenomenal. With the first snowfall of the year here in Minnesota, I had to stop by and get myself some.
