Hoa Bien - Reservar una mesa

Hoa Bien is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. My go-tos are vegetable fried rice, fried chicken, egg rolls, and sometimes I have the cold white noodle salad (I can't remember the name) and lo mein. The food is fresh, delicious. I havenever had a disappointing experience here. It is on my top 10 favorite places to eat in Minnesota.

I love this place I?ve been coming here for at least eight years the food is always phenomenal first snowfall of the year here in Minnesota I had to run to this place and get me a #47 Chicken rice soup without the chicken lol The lemonade the coffeeeverything is awesome

I love the food here and the staff! My husband and I are regulars and they know our orders by heart lol. We walk in and they already know what we want! Our favorites are the grilled beef noodle salad, egg rolls, and spring rolls. Lots of parking aswell.

I was underwhelmed by her eating. not much taste. under-tempered. her pho was pretty good, but they don't have chili oil, so that's a dealer. friendly staff. it is not a restaurant that I would ask personally to visit again.
