Hoang Gia Restaurant

I 've eaten here many times but this is the 1st review i have done. I must admit when friends suggested we eat here i was like what you have to be kidding but i am so glad i looked past the exterior and went inside....There are no designer chairs/tables or fancy aura here BUT what you will get is very fast and attentive service always with a smile and some of the most authentic Vietnamese dishes and food i have tasted. Try the salted lemon juice and a pork pancake to start with and you will know what i mean. Enjoy and get there early as it is normally very busy.

Fantastic dining experience! The portion sizes were generous and the food was clean and healthy. The family running the restaurant was very friendly. We had a lovely time and will definitely be coming back. For starters, we had the sweet pie, followed by the duck noodle soup and tofu mushroom Vietnamese noodle salad. The drinks were also delicious, including the avocado milkshake and jackfruit milkshake. Highly recommend this place!

We often make the journey to the other side of greater Adelaide for the authentic, fresh flavours of this friendly gem. Blink you will miss this great find, tucked in amongst a tiny collection of shops... The food is always delicious, the service quick... friendly... at times talkative... Hoang Gia seems to have a bustling trade, always a number of tables full always a good sign. We recommend this place to our friends.

We often forget that great food is not eaten in a well design restaurant but in a place where the food is always the priority (not the lay out). Me and my family have just experience such a place, the food at hoang gia quan...is always exceptional and the service is friendly. There are a lot of Vietnamese dishes with a strong local flavor at this restaurant. With so many Vietnamese restaurants to choose from, there is something to suit everyone's taste. Whether you enjoy it or not is up to you. We appreciated the spacious atmosphere and the peaceful environment, especially in comparison to other places we have tried before.

I was very impressed with the Pho and it is now my venue of choice when looking for my fill of lovely Vietnamese soup. Served quickly and in good size portions the flavour was great and the value was excellent. Highly recommended but don't go...expecting a fine dining experience you will get quality food in a rustic environment with friendly staff.

I'm from southern suburbs but thought I'd go for a drive and try something new and so glad we did this place may look average from outside but beyond that there is nothing average with it the food, service ect are amazing would recommend this...place to anyone outstanding will be back soon.

This is the best Vietnamese food I have ever tasted in Vietnam. I highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly.
