We had an excellent meal. I gavethe food 4 stars because I had ordered well done steak and it was a little too well done. BUT, still delicious. The service was excellent. My husband thought he had ordered a baked potatoe (he actually ordered mashed) but even though it was his mistake, our wonderful server still brought him a baked potatoe after he had received the mashed. Salads were fresh and tasty. Soup was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their steak and mushrooms When we arrived the music was way too loud. I recalled our last visit to Hobarts as being quieter with backround music. BUT, I asked if the music could be changed and was happily accomodated with a turn down in volume which was much...

Hello, we are so happy Hobart's has re opened. Friendly staff, very bright atmosphere, food was very good, food server could be given more training introducing themselves to the table, how to place plates on table instead of reaching over people from the end of the table when serving as well as bottle of wine was plunked unopened on the table with nothing said, just turned and walked away, we had to open bottle and serve ourselves. I realize opening a restaurant has a large number of components to it but spending time and training with servers to make them the best as possible is one of the key components for people to keep returning for more. We wish this restaurant every success.

We had an event to celebrate and this was the choice venue. The meal was excellent and the service was superb. There was a larger group celebrating at the same time so I expect that the noise level was higher than normal. Still, we had a wonderful evening.
