we wanted to run our mamas to the breakfast chic and decided to take the hofcafé as it has been recommended several times.Before: eating was super - fresh ingredients and great brot to the breakfast and also the card is very rich, so there is something for everyone. therefore also full 3 points.ABER the service was really not good. we have waited for an hour for our breakfast (in the meantime the caffe was almost empty) and then always have a portion. it was also not asked whether we might want to drink something and a food was completely missing. but then stood on the bill - but after complaint was deleted again.All in all a pretty caffe but probably on Mother's Day the service is overwhelm...

in the hofcafé ehl we returned after a visit to the museum island hombroich. with the car you are from hombroich in 10 minutes there. at our visit were six cakes in the offer. we chose a plumen stylus with pudding and were very fond of the size of the cake and quality. also the cappuccino was delicious!. both inside and out, the caffe makes a very well maintained impression. from the outside you have a wide view in southwestern direction. there the power station is low in the field of view, but the brown coal and the power plants are still part of the landscape in the Lower Rhine.

after a visit to the museum island hombroich we have arrived here. the hofcafe is located, with the car, only 10 minutes away.The whole being makes a very well maintained impression that continues in the inner. at the time of our visit were six different cakes in the offer. the plum cake we ordered with a spicy and saw has tasted us very well, the cappuccino too. very pleasant seating in the outside area, partly shaded by a sunshade and a nuss tree. in the south-western direction, up to the power stations of Niederaußem (which belong to the opposite).

Beautiful courtyard cafe... Simply furnished, but nice to sit, also outside on the terrace. We were there for breakfast and have become more than tired. However, we had to wait a long time for coffee and breakfast, although not much went. Price-performance but top.

yesterday celebrated my birthday with 18 guests in the hofcafé ehl with a very nice breakfast. everything was great. there were no complaints, neither when eating, nor during service. I would go back to breakfast or to the afternoon coffee.
