Hogshead Kitchen Wine

What a lovely dining experience! Nice ambiance and super friendly bartender. Never knew this place was tucked away in moss creek plaza. My friend and I split the bourbon bacon scallop appetizer which was amazing! Crispy bacon, great flavors! I then had aduck special entree and it was cooked perfectly, served with risotto and garlic spinach. Absolutely delicious. Even thehousemade bread and garlic dipping oil was outstanding and I?m not usually a fan of oils like that. Looking forward to tryingmore menu items at this hidden gem!

First off Alexis was amazing!! What a wonderful personality to be around. Being from the South I look for Seafood when traveling. Their Scallops with bacon, and spinach were cooked to perfection!! Alexis took time out of her very busy schedule to introduce me to some of the wildlife outside that loves attention and food. Tried to take one of the beautiful cats with me. All in all, great experience and great food!! Alexis you were amazing!!!

The staff was great! Food is under seasoned and over priced. I had the prime rib special. The cut of meat was gorgeous. The flavor was bland. My husband had the red fish special. Again it was under seasoned. The sides were so good! Key lime pie was great too. They don't have a Malbec and wine list is limited. However, they did have River Dog on draft so my husband was happy! Each meal for specials was $52 which is alot for bland food.

Had reservations for 7pm (party of 4), showed up and were seated. Just to order drinks took 15 minutes, when eating dinner and asking for a simple extra basket of bread. I was told that I already have some in front of me ?.. never have I ever been spokento like that in regards to a simple request. Over all won?t be back , food was alright but pricey. First of all, I didn?t know this place existed among the many stores in this strip. And what a find! Delicious food! Great, friendly service. Even the owner Alexis came out to check on our table! We had soft shell crabs, ribs, burgers, and Brusselsprouts (yummmm! . Will be returning to this hidden gem! Would recommend!

We stopped in for a late dinner. The restaurant wasn't very busy. Our server, Hannah, was great. She was very efficient, but took the time to speak to all and get our orders correct. The food was incredible. My meatloaf and mashed potatoes were amazing. If we make our way back to the area, I'd love to stop in again.

This gem is totally amazing! From the people (owner and staff) that greet and serve you, to the drinks, food, and desserts; this place is not to be overlooked. The chef is outstanding with all of his creations. He works with locally sourced products tobring you a very special culinary experience.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing! Even though I don't live nearby, I always make sure to dine at HogsHead Kitchen whenever I'm within an hour or two of the area.
