wow, so glad we found this waimea gem! eating was an amazing fusion of authentic hawaiian and asia. we tried the panko that created ono and the pig bell. each dish contains satisfying aromen and generous portions. so much that we had remnants for another meal! hokus eating is clear with love and the best we had on kauai. we will be back for more!

We stumbled on this while looking for food in Waimea for my daughter. He wasn’t in the location at google maps but it’s a trailer so maybe it moves. He was very friendly and accommodating making a special dish for my daughter combining things from his menu. We both enjoyed our food a lot and would come back when in the area.

the black dogs were incredible! this is a must try food truck, and the people there work really great! eating is changing and sometimes it is different. but no matter what I had, everything was great!

Hoku only makes good food. I have tried about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. He is inexpensive and has the best hours. Located right in the heart of Waimea
