My first Cluckin' Russian sandwich, approx 3 months ago, was amazing!... then not since. I enjoyed it so much that first time that I've given it 3 additional tries because everyone has a bad day now and then. The chicken has been dry and flavorless, and the Portuguese rolls, each time, have been stale (hard and crumbly). I'm trying to decide whether or not I'll go back. I've recommended the place multiple times.. now rethinking that. Lately I've seen that the majority of clientele has been high school and/or college-aged kids. They need to get back in the game and focus on quality over quantity.

The local omelet was AMAZING! Fresh and flavorful mixture! The staff was kind, funny while they were having thought provoking conversations amongst themselves. Bagels were tasty and the egg sandwich “triple double” was delectable. Also, delicious coffeeKeep up the good work! We stopped on a 16 hr rd trip and we’re very pleasantly surprised, such a great find!“Orange”

The food is really good, but there Is no system for the orders. They just mentioned the sandwich, so you would often have clients trying to figure it out, which can lead to frustration. If it is a busy time, at least 35 minutes wait, even if you pre-order, again, because there is no order number or name system, NOTHING.

I am right now eating a Chicken Caesar wrap from this place. Wow! It's excellent! I had to post this right away. Go, order the same thing and enjoy!Food: 4/5
