I frequent Holiday Stationstores a few times a week, and the morning team, Chris and Kelly, are fantastic! Steven is super sweet as well! They always greet customers with kind words and are incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I have to mention that a couple of employees on the evening crew, Sonya and Garret specifically, could use some improvement. If you're not enjoying your job, perhaps it’s time to consider a different path. They often seem to create issues that aren’t there, and "helpful" and "friendly" are not terms I would associate with them. I called today to see if they had any 20 lb. ice bags, during my call my signal got lost for a second and she said she couldn?t here me. I apologized and asked if she could hear me better now, then she told me ?yes but you need to hurry it up and talk faster.? So in return I told her ?Never mind I will go somewhere else, bye.? I have never been talked to like that on the phone with a freaking gas station. That was the rudest service and I will no longer ever go to that gas station for gas or anything ever again.
This is the first time I have been to this Holiday and only Holiday I have ever been to with a liquor store. My Bad for not knowing or seeing a basic white sign on one of the two doors right next to each other. Better yet, while I was in there I got to listen to the three clerks talk about how people (me)should better pay attention. And I saw at least two more people do the same thing I did. Clerks be more respectful. Holiday, find a better way to advertise the liquor store door vs c-store door.
I have worked at this location for 21 years now, The name has changed several times, but the owners are still the same and I have to say the first priority is, and has always been our customers. We value our customers, they are what makes us whole. Abig shout out and a huge thanks to all my wonderful co-workers and owners who work as a team to make every day of work apleasant place to be at. I used to visit Holiday Stationstores often because it was close to my workplace. Garrett was always a joy to interact with; he knew my name and always took the time to greet me personally. I'm surprised to see a negative review about him, as I can't imagine anyone seeing him as anything other than kind and helpful. Garrett, if you read this, please know that not all customers are rude or entitled. Thank you for consistently making my visits so pleasant!
I used to visit this store often because I worked very close to it. Garrett was always a wonderful person to deal with, he knew my name, and he always went out of his way to say ?hi? to me. I see another review here that mentions him in a negative way andI am baffled as to how someone could see him as anything but kind and helpful. I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Stationstores! My jeep broke down just before I got there, and the staff graciously allowed me to park it overnight so I could retrieve it the next morning. Everyone was incredibly polite and accommodating. I’ll certainly be making this a regular stop on my commute, thanks to their excellent service. Thank you all for being so amazing!
Staff was great, my jeep broke down just before pulling in, they allowed me to park it overnight and get it in the morning. Very polite and helpful people working there. I'll be stopping there on my way to work on a regular basis just because of thefriendly staff. Thanks you guys are awesome!
