Holly's Gourmet Market Cafe

I came a couple of days ago. I asked for my eggs to be well done and and for my biscuits to be normal (not the spicy ones) in my chicken and biscuits dish. My eggs were so runny even the white was still not fully done, and my dish still had the spicy biscuits. The waitress just have me extra normal biscuits when I told her. All the gravy was on the other biscuit with the runny eggs. Also the chicken was over done and hard. You might say I should have asked for my whole dish to be changed but I didn’t have the time to wait around for another one and tried not to waste the food but ended up not eating it. It should have been done right from the start. So over all, wasn’t a good experience.

Food is consistently good. Today waited 15 minutes for any wait staff to acknowledge us because we “weren’t their table”. Once we had our waiter he did not get the order right nor did he check on us or get everything we ordered to us. Maybe just bad luck with this specific waiter. Upon speaking with the owner, they offered to make it right which will ensure that we return time and time again

Yummy food but very busy. Service was a little slow. I had Bubbas Benny which included pork bellies and collard greens along with their hash browns. Hash browns were a little different. The wife went for traditional eggs with sausage and rustic white bread. They had some banana pudding to sample while you waited. $4 for bottomless coffee seemed high.

My husband and I had a delicious breakfast date here with our dog on the patio. Waffles were amazing and the nerd was a little spicier than we expected but you could tell they put love into the gravy and it wasn’t from a can. Will be back!

Good food, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere. Reminds me crackerbarrel back when they still had good food.
