Food is too expensive. I know these are hard times for restaurants owner but the quality and the portion doesn't match the price. Lunch finishes at 3pm I got there at 2:50pm since this was my first time I took a while to decide what I wanted. I realized there was a gentleman behind me who finished eating and wanted to pay. I gladly moved out if the way for them to pay and it was 2:58pm they charged them for dinner. The guy was like I thought it was lunch special and the cashier bluntly said no its dinner. He paid, shook his head and left. I don't think he'll ever come there again. I finished ordering and proceeded to pay at 3:01 which means my order was taken right before 3pm and I still got...

This is my favorite Kubab restaurant in Collin County, I love their kubab snd the spice the add to it. I am Arabic but I love Persian kebab because it has different flavors than Arabic kubab. I appreciate their fast service , friendly , clean and everything great as usual. Mercy, Shukran to all girls Khatoons.

Walked in, ? walked out. I feel sorry for the workers... I hope they don't get sick. This place smells like sewer!!! Please do something about it...I can't recommend coming here. Who would want to if you smell something that makes your stomach queasy before you even order? I feel like throwing up... ?

Great Persian ground beef kabob. It tastes homemade. It was so good I forgot to take a pic before eating it lol.
