Hometown Pizza - Reserva de mesa

The young girl who took my order was gracious, but the kitchen staff argued over who was going to make our carryout order, even after the young girl told them to shut up make the order. The 2 salads consisted of 6 whole leaves of baby romaine, 3 tomatoes and 4 small pieces of chicken (pizza toppings), stacked nicely in a pile. While the salads were being made, I watched the guys who were waiting to make the pizzas eat toppings right out of the bins (sausage, pepperoni a pinch of cheese), repeatedly. I called and spoke to the Mgr who didn't seem to know what to say, only he'd talk to the night crew. Unfortunately we won't be back as I'm not paying $22 for 12 pieces of lettuce(6 per salad). No...

We came in at 7 pm. Place was packed. We had a party of 7,they gave us a room seperate from everyone else right away. There was only 1 waitress for the entire restaurant, she told us. She never skipped a beat,she was on top of drinks,food,boxes. She could have let it impact the night that she was overwhelmed but she did a great job with a great attitude. I only did a 2 for atmosphere because of cleanliness but everything else was great! And these days you don't know what you're gonna get.

Me and my brother went out to enjoy a some time together and we're greeted with the worst service I've ever had. We were both rushed to order by our waitress, ignored when we needed a refill, and rushed to box our food. My waitress grabbed the platter of 5 slices from my hand so she could dump it into the box and caused me to drop a slice onto the table. We were not treated as guests but burdons to her.

Employees were very unfriendly. My LAST 2 visits will be my very last. I got a pizza with ingredients in center of pizza.The outer 2 to 3 inches were nothing but crust. The 2nd time I got a ham and cheese sub..there was a small amount of ham in the center of the cold bread and the fries were ice cold. Seems to me that someone new is in control and doesn't care. Mistakes happen. It’s what you do next that matters. Our order wasn’t correct, but the staff immediately jumped into action. Handled it the best way possible and got the correct pizza to our table ASAP… and it was delicious. Great people, great pizza, great place.

Ordered three things off doordash and when I got my food I only got one thing. Which then the door dasher had to go back to get. Have been waiting to get my food for two hours. This was very bad service.

Our waitress and the manager tonight were amazing! They made our 5 year old feel so special on her birthday! They also made her siblings night great so there wasn't too much jealousy ; Thank you!

Service was extremely slow, food was good but barely lukewarm by the time it got to the table.
