Their breakfast sandwiches are reasonably sized and quite delicious. Unfortunately we didn't get any of the bakery items breads but they looked amazing. They also had a very simple, no nonsense drink menu the seasonal flavor when we went was lavender, and it was superb in the London fog. It also helped soften the harsh edges of the Cortado, but because of the strength of the coffee most of the floral note was lost which was a bummer. Definitely worth a visit though if you're in the area, especially if you're looking for a unique, small joint that partners with local(ish) businesses for a down home feel. Honestly, one of the best breakfast experiences I ever had in any city I traveled to! Everything was thrilled by the warm domestic environment to counter-service to the delicious homemade croissant and breakfast sandwich. If I lived in Minneapolis, I'd be here every morning.

What a fantastic place! My friend Ann invited two other friends and me to a baking class at this amazing bakery. We created delicious cakes and unique designs, and we had a blast. Leanna is an excellent teacher and baker. Thank you!

We discovered Honey and Rye through our farmer's market (Linden Hills) and love their baguette, croissants and other pastries. Staff is always pleasant, greeting us with a big smile and friendly hello.

The pumpkin scone was divine! Perfect texture, not dry like a lot of scones tend to be, with a thin layer of icing on the top! Can't wait to try more from the menu!
