Where do I begin? My wife and I are locals but never got the chance to try Honeybear. We’d always drive by it and say “we need to try it one day”. Well we finally managed to, and wow. Wish we didn’t delay…the service from the moment you walked in, was extremely warming and welcoming. We were sat down immediately and had a larger group. The waiter was super attentive and friendly. We ordered our food and it wasn’t too long, maybe 20-30 minutes before it came out and WOW. The sizes alone were tremendous and the flavor? Incredible! This establishment is a gem in our neighborhood. Great staff, delicious food, and overall a great spot to enjoy breakfast/brunch. I know they have a lunch and dinner...

This brunch was fantastic. Our group ordered the French Toast Trio Flight, a Country Omelette with Churro French Toast, a Nutellagraham Latte, and a S’mores Latte. The food was top-notch and beautifully presented. We enjoyed both the sweet and savory options. The staff and manager were accommodating to children, although the space was a bit tight for strollers. The atmosphere was lively during peak hours. We arrived early (before 9) and were seated in under 20 minutes, but the wait time had increased significantly by the time we left. This is one of the best brunch spots in Chicago and definitely worth a visit. I recommend arriving early with a big appetite.

Make a reservation if you can. We did and didn’t wait long at all. A older diner turned hip with some areas for cool social media pics. Extremely crowded with seating very close together. Their latte and French toast flight were both good and picture worthy. The omelet and grits were average. There wasn’t anything bad about our experience, but at the same time there wasn’t anything amazing about it. I guess that’s what I expected when we made the 45 min. drive. Overall a solid 3.

Honeybear is a must place to visit for brunch! Make sure to make a reservation prior to going as they tend to get busy. We ordered their Roger's Park French Toast, and it's good, on the sweet side, but it was still delicious. If you want to have a variety of French toast, then this is a must! We also ordered the Mi Casa skillet, and it's good to eat with their Tortillas and salsa! The place is well kept and the staff were really nice! Reserva una mesa ahora

10/10! The French toast. That’s all. Get it. The food is absolutely amazing. My husband got the chicken fried chicken skillet and it looked amazing! He rated it a 9/10. It’s decorated really cute and colorful on the inside. Very packed and busy. Waiters and hostesses are sweet and helpful. Will be back! ?Parking: You’ll need to find parking on the sides. Plenty of options.

Wow! The food we had was incredible! The wait time was a bit long though. They provide water and seating for those waiting. The portion sizes were huge, we ordered 4 items and 2 lattes (which were delicious if you like sweet coffee drinks) and the total came out to $78. Not bad at all considering the size of the portions, we had to take 3 items home for leftovers!

Such an amazing place to have brunch. The aesthetics were there for the girlies that like to take pics. The food was AMAZING!! Still dreaming about it. Service was great, and you get a complimentary cheesecake bite when you enter. It’s also BYOB(bring your own bottle). They have juice for your chaser ?

The only downside was that, despite our waiter being very nice, I did feel slightly rushed while eating my food. They kept asking if I was finished, even though it was a Monday and the restaurant was not busy. Other than that minor issue, I would definitely recommend dining here. Reserva una mesa ahora

Nice place, services was excellent, food hot when served, clean , not to big inside, reserved your table, before going. The wait line is long , if you don’t call in , to reserve a table. Parking is hard to find . They have a small , outdoor seating space. Overall I would recommend.
