Hoof Vine - Reserva de mesa

We celebrated a birthday at Hoof Vine and had a wonderful meal. First off, I was slightly obsessed with the compound butter they serve there (and at their sister restaurant, Tiburon) and was curious to know what was in it (butter, honey, balsamic vinegar, red bell pepper, shallots, and basil?in case you were wondering). Besides the bread and butter, we ordered the Brussels Sprouts, Grilled Artichoke, and Mac 'N Cheese starters. The sprouts were tossed in parmesan and were sprinkled with bacon and a balsamic reduction (you can see them in the corner of the photo of the Tenderloin of Beef entree)! Mi esposo y yo vinimos a cenar aquí por su cumpleaños. Su servicio fue terrible. Nuestra camarera no nos hizo ninguna pregunta, no estuvo atenta, no nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. Mi esposo y yo estábamos celebrando nuestro aniversario y esta era nuestra primera vez aquí. Estaba un poco disgustado por la falta de "privacidad" porque los asientos son bastante abiertos con bancos que se comparten y un pequeño espacio entre las mesas. Aparte de eso, este lugar nos dejó boquiabiertos. La comida fue fenomenal, el servicio fue excelente. Estaba un poco nervioso al comenzar, pero al final estaba absolutamente satisfecho.

very nice atmosphere. our waitress was attentive and very helpful. she has made fabulous recommendations. the brussel sprouts were delicious. our steaks were tasteful and cooked for perfection. the wine selection was extensive and well paired at our meal times. very recommended hoof and vine! it was our first time there and the food was very good. it is a bit expensive for the portions. our server was great, it just seemed a little slow. we would definitely go back!

Simply incredible. Not sure how they can get better each time, but this one nearly topped them all. Food, drink and service were superior. A wonderful evening.

good food, good meat. fun ambiance, especially in the lady bath. Quieter/low-light fluctuating art eating; no tablecloths.

so nicely comfortable inside, server were great and the steak was amazing! my new favorite gift.
