Hook Reel Cajun Seafood

This was my first time eating here and the food was great! However, once I got home and looked over my bill I noticed there was an 18% gratuity fee. Now the restaurant has a sign that?s say there will be an added gratuity for parties of 5 including split checks. Well I had a party of 4 and we both were tax the extra fee. So not only did we pay a 41.76 gratuity, my husband tipped 40 cash to our waitress. So my question to H&R, do you not honor your own signs or is your staff falsely adding gratuity to bills to make sure the are tipped?

I had the Cajun seafood boil here and was not disappointed. The food was great, the staff polite and although the wait was a bit longer than expected, it was worth it. They also have wings, pasta, a full bar and good deserts. The price was reasonable for what you get, but if you want to be completely full by the end, expect to spend between $60 and $100 here for 2 people. Overall great first experience and will be back again.

i?ve been here only once but it loved it!! i got a seafood boil with shrimp and clams, seasoned garlic butter, mild. it was SOOOO GOODDD and it was kinda of a new experience eating out of the bag with gloves on. the portion is pretty big so you might not want to get any add-ons until you?ve tried it once

Crestwood: Our second visit because the food is really good. The drinks and service was surpurb. The chicarones/ skins will clean out your sinuses! Lol. The sweet potato waffle fries are sooo good. Catfish Po boy ????????
