We approached a booth and asked the first server we saw if we could go ahead and sit down. This server, who later introduced herself as Karen, rudely told us that we needed to return to the hostess stand. At the time, she was leaning against the next booth with her elbows on the table, chatting with two patrons who seemed to be friends of hers. I didn’t see her actively serving them, as another server was taking care of their needs. It wasn't just what she said, but the way she said it that was off-putting. She could have approached the situation in a more polite manner—perhaps by asking us to wait a moment for seating.

The service was enjoyable and the staff was lovely. However, the manager looked somewhat disheveled. The shrimp was served cold, though it still tasted good. They were out of Michelob Ultra and Miller Lite. I noticed that the restrooms had been remodeled, and the pantyhose vending machine is no longer there—definitely the end of an era. Overall, it was a decent spot for lunch, but I would have preferred warm shrimp and an ice-cold beer.
It's Hooter's...food and drinks. The staff here are friendly. However, I would have liked to see more management actively engaging with the guests tonight. The restaurant seemed short-staffed, and the lack of management support resulted in 50-minute wait times and disappointed customers. The front-of-house staff were nice, though, and there are plenty of TVs to enjoy. It's conveniently located next to the Sheraton.
If you are doing an Uber eats pick up here, forget it, I walked in a waited for 10 minutes and no one acknowledges me at all but proceeded to wait on others that come in after me. Every time I get an order to pickup from there it is never ready and have wait forever on an order that should have been ready when I got there. This applies to the one on DuPont circle also.

Ordered takeout from this location and it wasn't the quality and delicious food I expected. Bone-in wings were dry and very bland tasting. Fries were undercooked and the Buffalo Shrimp were soggy. Will likely return at some point but it not anytime soon.
Another day where no one comes to work and staff that did show up is overwhelmed. I appreciated my waitress doing her best, but the overall experience was lacking. The food was just ok. I'm not sure about another visit...
This is a fantastic spot for enjoying a beer and a meal. I suggest sitting at the bar for an even better experience. The floor staff tends to change frequently, so the service can be a bit inconsistent.
Haley provided excellent service at this Preston location. She was very attentive, making the overall experience enjoyable. The food was great for lunch, and I will definitely be returning.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The wings took a little while to arrive, but they were absolutely delicious. They also have a wonderful selection of draft beers.
Terrible experience. We should have walked out when we stood by the door waiting to be seated for 10 minutes with no staff in sight.
