The waitress was friendly, but we placed 2 seperate to go orders, and after 45-50 minutes+ !! , the orders arrived in one bag. I asked our waitress to bag the orders separately as we planned to drop one order off at my elderly mothers home for her now very late dinner . Ok, it took awhile, but we were ready to go and I might add left a huge tip . We dropped the order off to my mother in Hermitage, then drove to Hendersonville to enjoy our now super late dinner as well. Much to my dismay, we had one order of wings, and BOTH orders of shrimp in our bag! Which means my poor mother only had 6 little wings in her bag. Overall, our meal was satisfactory. The food arrived a bit cold and needed reheating, but once warmed, it was flavorful. The desserts were quite enjoyable; however, the Chocolate Mousse Cake wasn’t really a mousse—it was more like a very thick frosting, not a true mousse. It was incredibly rich, and I could have easily gone through half a gallon of milk with it! Still, it was tasty, just don’t expect the light, airy texture of a real mousse—it’s more like a dense buttercream icing. While it wasn’t our best dining experience, it certainly wasn’t the worst either! We would consider ordering again.
One particularly funny moment happened after Waffle House across the street refused to serve me. I then walked over to Hooters and ordered crab. Kenzie, with a sense of humor, brought me a broken crab cracker! I have always received excellent service there and highly recommend that Hooters Family Restaurant consider opening a location in Lincoln City, as it would be perfectly situated for a new restaurant along the Oregon and Washington coasts. My best friend and I decided to celebrate a birthday dinner at Hooters, and we had a fantastic experience! We were seated right away, and the food was fresh and delicious (it disappeared quickly!). We never felt rushed, and all the waitstaff were incredibly friendly. Some even went out of their way to compliment our makeup and perfume, which was such a nice touch. They were all so lovely! The gift shop also had some fun souvenirs. We'll definitely be coming back!

However, my experience changed when they suddenly turned up the music midway through my lunch; the loud country music made it hard to hold a conversation. While the lunch prices were fair, I thought $3.29 for a soft drink was somewhat pricey. I was also disappointed that the menus showed only calorie information without listing prices, which felt inconvenient and a bit questionable.
I just left the Hermitage location after waiting at my table for 21 minutes. The server kept coming and going, but no one even acknowledged me. The staff may be attractive, but the service was nonexistent. Never again!
I really miss the old Hooters. This new Hooters is a complete waste of money and time. Warning: don’t go! They’ve also discontinued the all-you-can-eat wings. Never again.
We had an excellent experience thanks to our waitress, Areona! Despite the restaurant being very busy, she kept us updated on everything and was incredibly friendly.

I had a disappointing experience with my order. The staff was rude to my delivery driver, and my cheese sticks were missing.
I wouldn't suggest ordering near closing time. My sandwich was made incorrectly.
