We are regular guests of this establishment, and this year we decided to celebrate the awakening at the sambuc mill after having received an email contacting us the menu that was top on board looked very Allechant.Placed not far from the fireplace lit (very pleasant) we were installed on a table beautifully decorated as the rest of the room elsewhere. While out for a nice but chilly motorcycle ride, we were cold and hungry and stopped at the Moulin de la Sambuc. It was 2:15pm, a time when most French restaurants will turn you away, but they smiled and set a table for us. The food is good and reasonably priced. The cheese selection is good. The wine list is amazing and worth is for wine-lovers.

pretty restaurant with a veilute decor. the very attractive air map. But when the dish comes, it's disappointing. the decor of the different dish is always the same. we would like more terroir and traditional dish even revisited. I think there's still some adjustment to make.
