This restaurant is quite challenging to review. When they get it right, it can be unbeatable, but unfortunately, that’s rare. We visit every weekend since it’s conveniently close to home, hoping that this will be the time when the bagel truly impresses us. However, 9 times out of 10, my bagel is burnt to a point where it shouldn’t even be served—not just a little charred, but completely blackened, including the toppings, even when I order it lightly toasted. The cream cheese often has an odd, gritty texture. Prices are also inconsistent; while the menu lists them, there’s a sign indicating those prices may not be accurate. The bagels are pretty good along with sides and such. Good value there for lunch. However, the sandwich menu...are like a child-size sandwich with no sides. You get virtually nothing for your money, so fair warning. They also put in the wrong sides on one order, substituted Taylor Ham for boiled ham for another.. so it's a strangely inconsistent place.
I visited this place yesterday and both the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches were fantastic! I really appreciate it when they actually roast the eggs instead of using microwaves. They also offer a great selection of coffee. There are plenty of options for food and drinks. Plus, the staff is really friendly!
This place has the best bagels and the best Taylor ham but they can’t pick up a phone to save their lives and if you’re in a bad mood they’re only going to bring you more down. Bad customer service and bad people pleasers

I have been dining at this restaurant since I was a child, when they were situated on Main Street. The food has always been delicious, their bagels are fresh (the best in Boonton), and the staff is incredibly sweet.
Once again, the bread was incredibly fresh, the sandwich was filled with meat, and the bagels were huge and loaded with vegetable cream cheese!
The Italian sandwich was incredibly fresh and the everything bagels were equally as fresh, topped with a generous amount of cream cheese!
Rafael, Ernesto, Lorena, Danny, and Pancho make up an incredible team! They serve some of the best bagels you'll ever taste.

Amazing and unique bagel shop. Always busy when I go but I can see why lol love it and will be coming back.
