I am a huge fan of the Hot Harry's brand, having first discovered it in Massachusetts at their Pittsfield and Dalton locations. When I moved to East Greenbush, I was thrilled to find a Hot Harry's nearby. My favorite aspect of the brand is their Burrito of the Month. However, after visiting three times over the course of three different months, I've been disappointed to find that this location has been unable to prepare the Burrito of the Month. They either don't have the right ingredients or have run out. The staff is always very apologetic and explains that they receive the ingredients late and tend to run out quickly.
