This restaurant is absolutely horrible, from the state of the store to the lack of professionalism from the management. Bugs can be found all over the store, from the lobby to the kitchen counters to the dish sink. It's likely that your food has been touched by bugs at some point during preparation or while it's sitting out. The store is never properly cleaned, the bathrooms are dirty, and there is a serious issue with cross-contamination between raw meat and utensils. The quality of the food has decreased while prices have gone up, making it hard to justify charging customers for such subpar meals. We went to this location today for the soul purpose of having a margarita with lunch and not only was every single drink dispensers out of service but the restaurant was covered in fruit flies and the chicken was inedible (would not have even fed it to my dogs) I felt so bad for the employees who were clearly embarrassed and said it is out of their hands that the company gave up trying to solve the fruit fly issue. We will not be going back here and I would be surprised if they can keep any return customers , no body wants flys landing on their food.
I use to work there literally for a week they wasn't putting me on the schedule and ask me my availability and kept tryna give me other times I wasn't available I called up there and was told the manager was gone call me but he text me once and ask for my availability and I told him and never received a message back so I text and ask when was the next day I can work no reply. Now I'm trying reapply to a different position and they said I was ineligible for job abandonment like what that's crazy why lie ?
I have tried hot head burritos at many places, but this particular location stood out for its friendly service and fresh, delicious food. This was the best meal I have had in years. Kudos to the manager and staff for their excellent job! The flavor of the freshly squeezed lime on the rice was evident in every bite - so fresh and delicious. I ordered the Hawaiian burrito and the addition of the lovely pineapple was simply wonderful.

Last time I went in this store I got charged 10.45 for my burrito. Today I went to Chipotle and it was 9.10 for the same chicken queso. I like the tortillas here and the sauce options, but that doesn't compare to the meat quality of chipotle. I did stop in at least once a week, but no more.Update. When back again today and the price when up to 10.75. Just not worth it.
We got there a few minutes before closing due to traffic, and the woman working did not seem willing to assist us. However, a male employee stepped in and prepared our food. Unfortunately, the taco meat had not been drained properly after cooking, resulting in a lot of grease. Hopefully, the other branches of this chain are better than this particular test location.
Normally this store is great, but they have a new sign saying that due to staffing they will be closing at 9pm. We went there tonight at 8:20pm and the doors were locked with multiple people walking up to the doors.
Been here many times and this will be my last. The manager was very rude and if you saw how he handled the food, you would stop eating here too.

Chicken was dry and cold. Brown rice was on the harder side. Seems like food isn't on a expiration timer or rotated?
The ladies behind the counter were kind, curtious and the food was good . What more can u ask for !
