Hot Spot Fish - Reserva de mesa

Twice recently during lockdown I have had fish and chips. But the standard has gone way down. Right now I am in bed feeling really sick. Now the fish is dripping with grease, and the chips congeal into a lump of soggy potatoes again oozing...with grease. The chips used to be dry, crispy, and easy to share out. Now they are a soggy lump. The other issue are risks. They only take cash which by definition is a risk. Customers rarely wear masks. Indeed the staff do not wear masks. No Track Trace details are taken. This place has gone so downhill in the last few months.

I went here to collect my food, which I ordered over the phone, as I parked outside, I saw customers inside all without masks. I called again and said that I feel uncomfortable coming inside. Lady said she would pack my food and have...it all ready. Went into collect only to be told cash only! Which meant even longer in the shop. Food was tasty but wish the owners would insist customers wear mask and waited outside... if they don't want to, they should take their custome else where. Disappointed that profits come before safety.

excellent fish chips. huge portion, really tastie, served hot by the friendly owners. there are other elements on the menu, for those who want a taste of other elements. takeaway or dine at a small counter or small table for there was...at least people before ordering, they all know his really good

Plenty of selection friendly staff, clean and organised, chips sausage very tasty. Quite a straight forward eating place to find and parking is available just outside the shop although it's not free during the day but free into the evening. Reserva una mesa ahora

I've recently started coming here and I'm really impressed by the fish and chips. The takeaway is kept fastidiously clean, it looks like it was just decorated but has been like that for years. The doner kebab actually tastes of lamb!

What can I say, fantastic chips, fish, kebabs. And very lovely atmosphere inside. As I moved, not very regular now, but whenever need take away, will travel there, to get a taste of the best chilli sauce in town.

work on site and had a large part of chips to lunch. the cost was and the chips were very good, although the portion size was smaller than a normal one I had with many other chippies.

food quality is ingeniously clean.staff service is very good. kebab is very good and beautiful taste.
