I decided to visit this restaurant after hearing about their large fried chicken piece that is similar to a schnitzel. Instead, I opted for the chicken bites with hot seasoning, which turned out to be delicious. The chicken was freshly fried, perfectly cooked, and juicy. The seasoning had a nice balance of heat and sweetness. I also tried the sweet potato fries, which were crispy and well-seasoned. I will definitely be going back to try the mushrooms and the large fried chicken piece soon!
I adore this restaurant when I'm in the mood for something spicy. The staff is friendly, but be prepared for a potential wait as there is often a line of customers waiting for their orders. You place your order, receive a ticket with your number, and a bag for your chicken. Then, you wait for your number to be called, open your bag for them, and you're good to go! I highly recommend the chicken, especially if you enjoy spice - get it extra hot!
Staying in the area for work - have tried Hot Star at Campsie and enjoyed - the Cabramatta outlet didn't disappoint - ordered the chicken bites, large crispy fried chicken and the 8 pack wings.I ordered all of these with spicy seasoning - very very nice - messy, hot, crispy and yum. Totally enjoyed - thought i'd ordered too much - but being delicious and me having no will power - finished it all and was licking my fingers. Keep up the good work
Probably the largest chicken piece to hold in your hands, it is ADDICTIVE. I recommend getting the CRISPY chicken bites as well as an extra treat or if you don't feel like having a big arse chicken. This chicken is fantastic. Hot-Star seems to be a franchise and there are many location and all locations are fantastic. Order your meal (chicken) +/- sides, choose the severity of the chilli/spiciness or just plain and wait. Great value for money. A huge piece of chicken with really nice spice over it.
i have to say i have had plenty of fast food chicken, and the thing that got me excited to try this was the size of the piece of chicken i saw being served, the chicken is ok the spicey add on is ok to but i would not go back when there is so many other good places to eat in cabramatta. sorry
The service at this restaurant was excellent overall! My friends really enjoy dining there because the portions are generous and satisfying. They offer delicious options like curly fries, fried mushrooms, and their specialty: CHICKEN! I highly recommend trying their food.

Massive flattened chicken, crumbed and deep fried..what's not to like? The mushrooms were really good as well. I got the chicken in medium spicy,probably should have gotten it a bit more spicy.
