On my visit to Hot Star Eastwood I found the wonderful basil-y fragrance of the chicken bites 6.5) and the aroma of the crispy chicken bites 6.5) to be consistent with it's flagship store on Liverpool St in the city. The chicken is still wonderfully juicy, however the crunch of the batter isn't quite as strong. I tried her big spicy chicken twice. I can say it was pretty good. the most important highlights were the brot and the size. the brot was expediently crispy and had a bit chewing. also, that was ugly. first I thought it was quite expensive. After looking at the big size of the huh, I changed my mind. I would give a star more if it was spicier. the cassian warned me about the spiciness. After I tried, I hardly feel in my mouth. I still enjoyed it.
A huge chunk of fried chicken- so big, it's almost sickening for some. It's coated in a light but crispy breaking; with a Szechuan pepper type seasoning. A great meal for people on the go Today we played it safe by ordering the sides- fried mushrooms and calamari- fried to perfection and lightly seasoned with chilli, pepper, and onion powder.
While the service was good and the chicken came pretty quickly, I overall wasn’t a fan of the taste. It tasted like someone was trying to disguise the flavour of slightly old chicken with a lot of oil. I think this may be more for East Asian taste buds as my Chinese friends loved it. Also the size, while large, is just a bit too much...

decided on an alternative to kebab as late night snack. is disappointed by this joint. her deep fried chicken had a rather crimped taste on it. can't find out what it was, but don't complain. the hq this franchise, who decided to have curly riddled instead of normal, was a genie! perfect take-out after a night karaoke-ing!
@Xihuahua haven’t had enough fried chicken so we went for this. Actually got served a star shape piece of chicken. Part of it is very juicy but some other part very dry. The boney bit is covered in fatty part and batter so not very good there. The flavor is supposed to be hot but I could only see the powder.

Delicious fried chicken. Very large size, there is bones at the bottom though. Fried mushrooms are very good too. Wings are very nice and good value for a snack. The chicken is fried to order, so expect to wait, however this also means your chicken will be crispy and freshly fried.

Huge Taiwanese fried chicken with your choose of condiments/toppings. You can choose your spice level to really change things up. Service is quick and you won't be waiting to long. The chicken is cooked fresh in front of you.
the hell here is huge and worth the price, but much too salty for my personal wish. it is however in harmony with the city and chatswood big.
