Hotel am Hopfensee

for a weekend booked here with breakfast. classic room, something else was unfortunately no longer free, as well. in the parking lot search they must have luck and giduld. the checkin was very friendly and was connected with many information about the hotel and the surrounding area. the room was comfortable, only with a roof window, clean and also the bathroom was intact. bathroom and sauna towels are on the room. the breakfast leaves no wish. coffee specialties can be left on 2 fully automatic machines of a Swiss company itself. they can press fresh. the small white sausages should be in the water bath instead of on the dry one. the wellness area is small but fine! stylish atmosphere, large...

the hotel is located directly on the lake only separated from the road. the reception was friendly and has also informed us the programme for the silvester evening, further the offers and activities around the hopfensee and the surroundings. the room was in the first floor and clean. we have reserved a parking space for the car in advance in the hotel room. the breakfast was the same every day, so you could have brought a little change in. in front of all on New Year's Day....in the evening menu or on the evening of the year the courses were excellent. great lob to the kitchen. also to the staff. simply top. pity that there was no address or greeting from the chef of the house..... especiall...

this type that greeted us at the entrance said that they had no table that was great enough for us, although the restaurant was empty. (We tried to enter as a 6-member family without reservation). he pointed out "to walk around the building and to walk from the door, because they have bigger tables". a bit confused we went around the building and went through another door into the same restaurant. ( apparently they know the workers there and "they serve "similar eating next door", although next door was a pizzeria) we were only very confused. but her declining laugh told us enough and just left the restaurant. we will never go there again.

we stayed in the hotel and decided to eat here first to dinner. the dinner was great, qualitatiw high quality food and great service. I was pleasantly surprised. there were two younger men who served us. they have done great work and helped us with recommendations and helped us, as they speak well English and our German is not so good. very nice hotel, well refurbished, beautiful new wellness area, neat breakfast, super 4 walks menu in the evening and a barkeeper who loves his job!Personal super friendly and very courteous. A phenomenal look and dreamlike sunsets are coming back!

during the interaction with our waiter we have commented on the friendly service. he really impressed us with the service and the food and drink suggestions. a great evening that became so much special with great food and good service.

in the residence am hopfensee is served an excellent breakfast and throughout the day a delicious meal indoors and outdoors is brought to the table by a very friendly service. the price is very reasonable. there is an extensive map.
