It's a noon we discovered this brewery. We ordered the dish of the day, which was a ham sauce with various accompaniments. the service staff is very pleasant, the reception is warm and they do not hesitate to advise us on the best choices. This is how we were oriented towards an excellent dish of the day, with a divine Madeira sauce accompanied by various wine with glasses that proved very good. The boss graciously offered us a tour (in view of our consumption) as well as the cafes at the end of the meal. I keep a very good memory of this establishment and I wouldn't hesitate to come back to it, I recommend it for lovers of good wines and cuisine without chichi but in tradition!
if Autun's elect read my comment I give you the 1st prize of the worst town of franche county to park his car for the day! past this irritant I will be very pleasantly surprised by the reception, the efficiency of the service, the comfort of the furniture, the quality of the simple but good and fresh dishes, the sweet prices of this good brewery the great coffee I recommend for lunch on the noon. Just plan 30 minutes to park and 10 minutes to reach the centre of Autun on foot.
Nous étions 4 jours sur DIJON nous avons bu 2 ou 3 fois sur cette terrasse et manger d’ailleurs mais pas au HUGO ils ont un service irréprochable rapide malgré une terrasse archi bondé nous sentons que les serveurs son5 professionnels rapidité nettoyage des tables nous n’avons jamais eu à attendre ce qui n’est pas le cas dans notre ville Merci à eux un super moment à DIJON
