Hôtel De La Plage Chez Magne

A new year for this restaurant that has either changed to cook or then lost in quality. To have lunch the previous year, the dishes did not change. The traditional chorizo mussels were fades, a lack of presence of the sauce that was far too light, lots of shell bursts... passable fries. A little disappointed but come on, let's be crazy, we may be back next year to make sure the place is there as usual, well held...

Very disappointed tonight on leaving this restaurant which is an institution on the Bassin d'Arcachon. Very badly installed, we ate very tight and without being able to barely move our chair (some stuck between the feet of the table and the wall behind). Very long hold between the dishes that it has sometimes had to ask again. Tuna tartar and accompanying vegetables were however delicious.

Location with lots of charm. The quality of the restaurant has not changed for 30 years, still as welcoming, this typical atmosphere of the cap ferret does not disappoint. Tradititional and emblematic place of the basin, its dishes are always as delicious. Nothing to say even its atmosphere is resurgent and full of conviviality.

A great discovery. Only restaurant other than oyster tasting huts, we stopped for random lunch and everything was excellent. I think I ate the best mussels here and the pavlova was also perfect (not too sweet). Friendly and efficient service. We will return with pleasure, an address not to be missed.

Very good reception, beautiful terrace, quite correct restoration, perhaps a little expensive compared to what is offered on the map but we are in Cap Ferret.
