Hotel Eckert - Reservar una mesa

Eaten here when staying at the hotel. Guests get a lower cost fixed price offer as well.Food and service were both excellent, but I would say some dishes were more experimental and fusion that traditional. So that is fine if it is what you expected. Decor is individual and provides a great atmosphere. Price is reasonable considering the prices just a few kilometres away in Switzerland.

Sehr gute und gehobene Küche im Sterne Bereich, die Karte wird immer aktualisiert und die Zutaten der Speisen sind klasse aufeinander abgestimmt. Verarbeitet werden ausschließlich frische Lebensmittel, ein klasse Restaurant für ein gemeinsames Abendessen zu zweit oder mit Geschäftspartnern. Das Preisniveau passt zu der gebotenen Qualität der Speisen und des Service. Immer wieder gern.

Wir sind immer wieder überrascht über die Kombination der Beilagen und Zutaten aber es schmeckt uns jedes mal. Die Preise sind noch nicht durch die Decke geschossen und man findet einen ordentlichen Wein auf der Weinkarte. Bis zu einem Stern Michelin ist aber noch ein Stück, falls der überhaupt angestrebt wird.

The restaurant (in the middle of the week) is strongly demanded by locals and guests of the hotel.There is a daily menu for an attractive price and good (local) wines per glass.Dining 'à la carte' is rather expensive.The style of the kitchen is a good European cuisine.

I enjoyed a lunch and a dinner. For lunch, I was sitting in the shadowy garden and profited of one of the menu offers whereas in the evening, I was sitting in the restaurant and taking dishes from their card. It is necessary to reserve as the restaurant is trendy.
