Hôtel L'auberge Du Pont De L'alp

Three weeks have passed since the highlights we experienced at the Auberge du Pont de l'Alp under the leadership of Sophie Guillaume. The ultimate in welcoming qualities awaited us there from choice “goldsmiths” on the occasion of our Diamond Wedding! A great family event in an exceptional setting, on the mountainside and in a green setting that is worth the detour. If we praise the local cuisine concocted by Guillaume we remain seduced by the cocooning spirit over which Sophie watches over with talent and delicacy! No matter how gloomy the sky is during this last August weekend! here and elsewhere the flat has no place! Only we would like that in this oasis that we have had the privilege of knowing, the traces that our family tribe has left in terms of gratitude to Sophie and Guillaume are indelibly inscribed! Very good location because very close to Lautaret and Galibier. Simple but comfortable and clean room, but it was too cold in the bedroom and in the dining room. Great view of the mountains, quiet in nature. Very nice owner. After reading the very positive reviews on the cuisine, we are a little disappointed with the dinner, especially the dish offered. Probably we had a bad day, the owner was alone to manage the reception and the kitchen. Very good and plentiful breakfast. Price a little high.
