I had booked three weeks ago a table for four people to celebrate the birthday of my 90-year-old grandma. I had clearly specified during this reservation the presence of a very old person to provide for in the case of a particle a place at the expense. the person told me, on the phone, that she had noted this particularity. three weeks later, we present ourselves at 12:00 as planned in the Royal Convent, the person from the reception tells us textually that the establishment is not able to receive us because it has been privatized for a wedding!? the hotel never contacted me to inform me of this change of situation, no trace of their number on my phone, no voice or sms!? we had reservations for tonight 19:30, phoned to indicate arriving with 30 minutes late, and to our great surprise, our reservation was purely cancelled.We arrived and we were purely announced that it was impossible to serve us while two tables were not erected outside. Obviously no effort to solve the problem. second very negative experience in this restaurant. No coordination between the hotel's winch and the restaurant. In conclusion, visit the beautiful place and go eat elsewhere!!!!
we expected 3 hours of the dish to the dish never served in the same time it cooled we were 6 always only 4 of served an infernal waiting we still ask for coffee as well as the covers certainly the kitchen is good but very expensive for waiting and this service more only served by trainees no manager or hotel master. disappointing for this price
for a reserved birthday meal: nois left before the degustation of cocktails that at the passage to 15th are unacceptable for such an establishment: dirty drinks and mini doses; more at the table for 45 min and nothing.... no order sockets! location is worth the turn but restaurant staff is not at the height of the establishment

have dinner in an exceptional setting and a special atmosphere but the service although smiling lack of professionalism and a 3rd person. The kitchen is excellent but the portions are too small. the child menu is more copied than the adult menu input / dish or dessert.With some small adjustments, it would be perfect.
The restaurant is in a beautiful surrounding, in a couvent medieval hotel , Beautiful garden and big walls of the couvent. It was a price by menu which was correct, the food was good and the service very nice.we had an agréable day .if you are around try it , it is tasty and fresh.
good reception and especially an exceptional environment directly in the cloister. me naked of the day simple. a single lamb mouse available and in replacement a nerve bath accompanied by an inefficient knife ... good memory still as the frame is pleasant.
a true and pure discovery for this establishment. the place releases a real atmosphere that associated with the kitchen makes a very good cocktail. the products are of quality, the service is very correct. a very beautiful moment and a real pleasure.
