DESPICABLE Restaurant!!! I don 't understand how people can put 5* and positive comments!!! I went there for the first time on a Friday afternoon with a friend for the perch fillets... Already when we arrived (without having booked we were snubbed by the charming boss of the establishment who seemed stressed and having nothing to do with people waiting at the counter and who was much more familiar with his regular customers after observation! TO AVOID. Boss very snobbish, unpleasant, no smile on arrival. I point out to him that we have been waiting for 50 minutes when we were told 15-20 minutes when taking the order, instead of being understanding and apologizing, he preferred to go and check on his computer if we 've been waiting for a good 50 minutes, then scolding me that it 's been less, even more than 15-20 minutes . Nice way to treat a customer so they don 't come back. Perch fillets way too salty. Not worth a visit especially for such a detestable and arrogant boss. Nice place but overpriced.

lunch at the brasserie du rive. the menu does not look like much, but make no mistake, we are here in a real gastro! dishes worked with products of an extreme quality whether it is fish or meat. everything is a treat! only downside the too short wine list. special mention to the pot of char and will make, delicious!! we come back to it every time we go to Nyon. The filets de perches are amazing, cooked in butter! Be aware, there are two servings! The fish soup was extremely flavorful and the creme brûlée fantastic. We had a lovely meal with friends, ate too much and then had to walk back up the hill to our hotel! Lovely ambiance and great waitstaff. Will definitely go back again if we are in Nyon.

Stopped here for a final brekkie as I finished my bicycle tour to Geneva. The owner Laurent came out and spoke with me and made sure I was fueled up. Delicious meal. Incredible hospitality. I didn’t stay here, but I bet it’s a good one. Thank you!
