I hope this message reaches the owners of Le Yaca. We had a terrible experience with the concierge, Mohammed, during our summer stay. He treated my family and me very poorly. He made fun of us and was yelling at his coworker in the concierge area. He even shouted at my 16-year-old daughter. I chose not to argue with him because I preferred to leave peacefully and never return. After spending over 10,000 euros in one week and booking two rooms, I can’t believe such behavior is tolerated in front of guests. This is completely unacceptable.
