Hotel Mercure Restaurant

each passing through the highways that cross over near Bourg-en-Bresse, we stop at the Mercure Hotel. The special interest we found in this restaurant is its "day menu." we have almost the same dishes as on the menu, but less copied. which is already almost too much for our ages (60 years) and for tourists passing by who then want to spend a good night. Last time, we chose the house gaspacho in the entrance (slightly lifted, tasteful, perfect given time out.) then a slice of salmon coated with small seeds that I forgot the name. the fish that has been served in this restaurant has always been cooked correctly (it is easily distached and is mellow). hotels rarely offer you the pleasure of a careful restoration. I almost never find a good restaurant, practicing correct prices in a good hotel - even a Mercure hotel. Mercury in town- in bresse is an exception. quiet (discrete and non-aggressive music) neat and fast service, abundant and varied map, good value for money.

Didn't know there would be a restaurant when I booked this hotel. Good was excellent and server was nice. Would go back there. I tried they're salmon and I can tell from my co workers dishes that they were excellent. Reserva una mesa ahora

quality bresse poultry, good cooking and very good sauce. 1000 leaves with raspberry and mascarpone nicely prepared but not very tasteful. Professional service.
