We wanted to stay in this hotel in the commune of Bonnieux, to participate in the weekend of November 19 and 20 in a race of Vtt 11/11/22 Me (by phone): "Hello, we wish a room with two single beds on Saturday 19/11. "Hotelier: "Salut, we have no rooms with two single beds but only a double bed.. “I: “Ok for 2 bedrooms at 200€” Hotelier: “very good, card number blue and validated” 19/11/22 The hotel is closed until spring! We call a little panicked by the situation and tired by our trip. After 30 minutes, the hotelier calls us. I: “Hello, we try to understand that we have booked, and I see that I was taken on my account on 14/11/23. What's going on? Hotelier: “You were wrong, you booked the weekend before, we are on leave now” Me: “forgive?! I booked with my entry to the vtt race that I told you” He said, "You can't fool yourself" I said, “Mr., have you taken the sum and don’t worry about what’s going on?” He said, “I have reserved the two rooms for you and I have waited for you until midnight, after I’m going to sleep.” I said, “Yes, you sleep! It's a minimum of service to worry and understand. I don't reserve rooms for pleasure and I throw even less my money out the window!
