Hotel Restaurant Vinothek Lamm

I enjoyed two dinners here, one of them as overnight guest. the pork (black carving) was a very generous portion, but not especially kreatiw. the lemon ravioli with spinach filling and butter sauce were one of my favorite dishes in Germany. a composed dessert. fresh fruits was practically an artwork on the teller. I'm still trying to figure out what was in the tiny ceramic bowl they give you with the brot. perhaps speckfett with stone salt? strange. the service was very attentive, but somewhat slower than I like. I found this in many restaurants in the region. Maybe I should relax while eating more! the breakfast was also rich, but had no hot dishes that I could find, although it was late in...

well I stayed at this place as I was attending a course at a hospital 15 minutes away. Have to say a nice location, you will have to have a car to move around this area, nice rooms, a bit old but still comfortable, balcony towards the forest, very good restaurant with regional authentic food. I don't drink alcohol but for those who do, the place is known to have excellent wines and whisky and the personnel are well educated regarding history and taste. negative: needing a car, WiFi is not available in all rooms and not really powerful enough (but really if you're looking for a nature escape, you might survive without)

...war ich enttäuscht, dass die Teller und das Besteck schmutzig (also richtig: Schmutzrand auf der Tischdecke und klebriges Besteck) waren. Das gehört in die Kategorie "geht gar nicht". Am Essen (Auswahl, Qualität, Geschmack und Präsentation) gab es nichts auszusetzen, gute Zusammenstellung des Menüs, wenngleich der Preisvorteil gegenüber der Einzelbestellung seh gering war.

Die Internetbilder und der Auftritt lassen etwas anderes vermuten. Zielvorstellung war ein schönes Landhotel. Der äußere Eindruck an der Hauptstr. prima, freundliches Personal, ansprechendes Ambiente. Zimmer im alten Trakt. Fussboden verschlissen, Fenster der ersten Generation, Mobiliar aus den 80igern, Fernseher mit Flimmern.Aber: Prima Restaurantbereich & gutes Frühstück.

Sehr gutes Restaurant mit einem breiten Angebot an regionalen und saisonalen Gerichten.Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.Sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre.Man bekommt von einem einfachen Vesper bis zu einem 5 Gänge Menü alles in einer top Qualität.Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren im Lamm, unser Hund war dabei, er bekam ohne Aufforderung Wasser, die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und Nett.Das Restaurant hat eine gediegene Einrichtung, alles ist sehr sauber.Das Essen war gut ist aber nicht besonders hervorzuheben.

very traditional interieur made of wood with even a crucifix on the wall! classic kitchen, but well prepared. large portions. the wine card is more short with some local producers
