Stayed her at the Hotel St Louis for 5 nights in mid September and had a really enjoyable stay the rooms were clean and comfortable the bathroom was spacious and linen and towels were changed after three days . We had booked demi pension and the food in the restaurant was excellent and copious so much so that we never got to desert as 3 courses were more than sufficient with a high standard of cooking from the chef proprietor.Madame dealt with breakfasts which again was very good with cereals viennoiserie bread cheese ham jam and most excellent home made rillettes.The staff virtually all family were warm and friendly and if one got Monsieur talking about Morgan cars you were away for the nig...

Visited here many times before for food and drinks whilst camping for the 24Hr Du Mans. This year we decided to use it as a stopover on our way back from southern France. The Hotel is lovely, we had a family room, which was split over two floors so easy to get the kids to sleep! The room was clean and tidy and exactly what we expected. It was my birthday and we booked into the restaurant for dinner. The food was amazing, one of the best steaks I've had in France. Service was great, with Pascal and Mme Heron looking after us. Breakfast was standard fayre and again, met our expectations. I would highly recommend a visit here if in the area.
An expensive place to stay, for the quality of the room. It was very dated and worn. The cupboard door was broken, the lead on the kettle was so short you had to plug it in on the floor. The bathroom was also old. The little town it’s located in is pretty but deliveries to local businesses at 4 am, with noisy van doors and people shouting did not make for a good night’s sleep. Therefore unable to recommend this hotel.
The Le Saint-Louis hotel is very beautiful and very clean, the staff is welcoming and the bedding is very comfortable. The decoration is neat and the breakfast very good. We particularly liked the good humor, kindness and availability of the staff as well as the location in the city center. We will undoubtedly return there on our next visit to Sarthe.
