despite 01 May and Catholic first communion we have a table without reservation, not the standard case for a place with this view and kitchen! the view was to forget, nasty and neblig weather, no prospects at all, but the eating were excellent....friendly fast service, note on what today is special ' overall beautiful atmosphere. had the fish variation (today’s speciality) with mixed vegetables (over the spargel,) as a starter a landfill soup my sleep partner had a wild garlic soup with porcino-ravioli all very yummi the price did not send us broker (but close eur 80,0 all together incl. wein,) but a painting that was always excellent by the wall
we were for a few nights and really enjoyed our stay there. the owner is very helpful and polite. the room was large, clean and quiet. with free wlan that actually worked. the breakfast was amazing with a great selection of broth and sink on your...table all with a great view of the cities below. the small village bildstein is picturesque, but nothing else. a beautiful church next to the hotel and beautiful for a quick afternoon walk. the hotel is good when they have a car, as it is away from any great attraction or larger city. the towns of bregenz and thornbirn are about 10 km away. I would recommend it as long as they have their own car.
there for the view and was very satisfied, the location is beautiful, including the local church above the road. the bonus was the food and service that was a real joy, especially when our party arrived late for our midday reservation and...visited to perfect, good customer care and a conscientious cook. I would go back any time if I were in the holiday area.
Superschöner Blick von der Terasse auf den Bodensee. Auf meine Frage ob die Fische (Zander) frisch sind und vom Bodensee, bekam ich nur nach nochaligem Nachfragen, die Antwort dass es sich um Tiefkühlware handelt.Die Ravioli waren auf Nachfrage auch nur gekauft.Bei diesem Preisniveu erwarte ich schon dass alles frisch und selber gekocht wird. Petit village perché sur la montagne. Hôtel chic, bien décorée, chambre spacieuse propre et surtout bien agencée avec une vue panoramique donnant sur les villages environnants. Quand à la cuisine, produits locaux avec goût préparés avec beaucoup de soin. Cerise sur le gâteau, le patron et le personnel.
Die Traube habe ich auf einer Motorradteise kennen gelernt und komme seitdem immer wieder gerne hierher. Natürlich spiegelt sich der Anspruch an die Küche und das Ambiente am Preis wieder, dies aber absolut berechtigt. Eine Oase des guten Geschmacks. Sehr freundliches Personal.
