Hotshots Sports Grill

Arrived in the middle of the 1st quarter of the Rams/Bills game. I sat literally at a table under the real big flat screen to watch the game. I sat there for over 20 minutes watching the servers pass me by without as much as a glimpse of eye contact. I finally got the attention of a manager-type of person and mentioned my concern. It's fine… wait staff is pretty slow but pleasant enough. It might just be that they are short of people like everywhere else these days. The music is played too loud so after some time you just want to get out of there. Maybe have the volume up enough to enjoy the music and still be able to have conversations without shouting. Pizza was decent and the the mini tacos were better than expected(get with the salsa). I have had some other things there too…all pretty good.

I am not typically very impressed with this spot, but tonight was different. We came in kinda late on a Sunday hoping to get some food. The kitchen was closed, and they had made last call, so we were going to leave. However, Brian (manager) stopped us and was like please stay and have a drink. He was so friendly and polite that we did. We felt welcomed and that our patronage was important. We will be back because because of Brian's excellent customer service!

Went there for lunch. The waitress was mean. She acted like it was bothersome for us to be there for lunch.

Good stuff. Scorpion sauce will make you sweat. Chicken sandwich is comically small.
